Tasked with the re-establishment of what once was the display home into the Bella Vista Estate, this project includes the demolition of the existing structure, excavation of a 5 car basement containing an underground theatre room, bar, gym and an indoor swimming pool.
This dual occupancy project defines the parameters of architectural building with its high ceilings, feature lighting, grand staircases, stone flooring and water features to create a luxurious space that reflects the occupant’s lifestyle.
